Esmeralda Parrilla Menendez

Esmeralda Parrilla Menéndez studied Psychology in the University of Panama, has a Postgraduate in Strategic Management, and a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from the Latin American University of Science and Technology. Her specialty is supported by more than 10 years of professional experience as a consultant for Human Resources to several organizations in Panama.
Esmeralda has been actively involved in the Trust for the Americas Initiative POETA, the Organization of the American States, aimed at providing education tools to socially disadvantaged people in the Changuinola area.
Esmeralda Parilla joined Grupo VerdeAzul in 2013, and since then has been developing and managing Human Resources processes and the department’s policies, career development as well as compensation programs.
